National Do Not Call Registry, for Canada and the USA, allow you to register your phone numbers and cellular / mobile numbers so as to avoid telemarketing calls.  When RVing, receiving telemarketing calls is a real hassle and can be expensive if you are billed for roaming and/or long distance charges. This can be especially expensive for RVers and anyone traveling out of their home country. 

USA "Do Not Call List" 

Visit the USA governments on-line site to register in seconds. The USA Do Not Call registry allows you to register 3 national numbers and requires you enter your email address. You will be sent an email for each number you register and will be required to click a link contained within the email to complete the registration process. If you do not check your email and click on the link within 72 hours the number registration will not complete.

Canadian "Do Not Call List"

Visit the Canadian governments on-line site to register in seconds. The Canadian Do Not Call registry allows you to register multiple national numbers with no confirmation email required. Don't forget to register your cellular phone numbers as well. Cellular numbers as all cellular number go public in February 2010. Registration lasts for 5 years from the time of registration and can be extended for longer, using a link on the site when completing your registration from the email link.
