RV Kitchen Solution -- RV Lazy Susan Spice Rack

Here is an easy RV kitchen solution for your RV spice rack.  In my kitchen at home, I absolutely love using 'lazy susans' to keep my spices and condiments organized. I have them in every size imaginable. However, in an RV, a lazy susan isn't practical. I have yet to find one with walled sides to keep the contents secure during travel.RV Kitchen Solution -- RV Lazy Susan Spice Rack
 
One of my complaints of the RV kitchen is there is little or no thought given as to where to house spice bottles. If there is a spice shelf incorporated in the cabinetry, it is usually small and not adequate for the multitude of spices I like to bring along.
 
Enter  "Brenda's Better RV Spice Rack" (patent pending).
 
You will need:
 RV Kitchen Solution -- RV Lazy Susan Spice Rack
1 lazy susan wheel in a size appropriate for your chosen cupboard in the RV kitchen
 
 
 
 
 RV Kitchen Solution -- RV Lazy Susan Spice Rack 
 1 same-size piece of rubberized RV shelf liner
 
 
 
 
 
RV Kitchen Solution -- RV Lazy Susan Spice Rack 
 1 spring formm pan (make it an old one that you don't need for baking anymore)
 
 1 same-size piece of rubberized RV shelf liner for the bottom of the pan
 
 
 Instructions:
 
 Cut a piece of rubberized RV shelf liner to fit the surface of the lazy susan. Put the ring of the spring-form pan on the lazy susan. Put your spice jars in the ring and voila! -- you have an RV lazy susan spice rack. 
 
 For the advanced model, you can do as I have and put an empty sour cream container in the middle to make a second tier to your spice rack, making the jars in the middle easier to see.
